''Warriorz'' is the fourth full-length studio album released by M.O.P., a hip hop duo composed of emcees Billy Danze and Lil' Fame. The album was released on October 10, 2000. Despite the growing popularity of M.O.P., this album marked their last major-label-affiliated release until ''Foundation'' in 2009, as Loud Records folded in 2002. ''Warriorz'' is M.O.P.'s most successful album by far. It debuted 65 places higher on the ''Billboard'' 200 charts than its previously highest-selling album, ''First Family 4 Life''. This album spawned the radio hit " Ante Up", which subsequently spawned a remix that also featured Busta Rhymes, Remy Ma, and M.O.P. associate Teflon. The popularity of the song was so widespread, it was featured in a few films within years of its release. M.O.P. (short for Mash Out Posse) is an American hip hop duo composed of East Coast rappers Billy Danze and Lil' Fame. The song " Ante Up", was released on their ''Warriorz'' album in 2000. The group has frequently collaborated with DJ Premier. Fame sometimes produces under the moniker Fizzy Womack and has produced a significant number of tracks on all M.O.P. releases since 1996's ''Firing Squad'', as well as work for other artists including Kool G Rap, Teflon and Wu-Tang Clan. Origin Lil' Fame (Jamal Grinnage; born April 9, 1976) and Billy Danze (Eric Murray; born November 15, 1974) grew up together in the neighborhood of Brownsville, Brooklyn, New York City, New York. Seen as their breakthrough single, it was released in 2000 and reached number 7 on the UK Singles Chart. A remix of the song features Busta Rhymes, Remy Martin and Teflon. Relativity Records was an American record label founded by Barry Kobrin at the site of his company, Important Record Distributors (IRD) in metro New York. Relativity released music that covers a wide variety of musical genres. When it entered into a deal with Sony Music Entertainment, it became more known for its heavy metal and hip hop releases.
