Wang Renhua
Wang Renhua (; born 1962) is a vice admiral ('' zhongjiang'') of the People's Liberation Army (PLA) and the current secretary of the Political and Legal Affairs Commission of the Central Military Commission. Biography Born in 1962, Wang served in the Political Work Bureau of the Equipment Development Department of the Central Military Commission before being appointed director of Political Department of Jiuquan Satellite Launch Center in 2012. In January 2015, he became director of the Political Department of the Army Equipment Research and Ordering Division of the Equipment Development Department of the Central Military Commission, but having held the position for only one year, then he was made deputy director of the PLA Army Political Work Department. The Central Political and Legal Affairs Commission (), commonly referred to as ''Zhongyang Zhengfawei'' (中央政法委, literally "Central Poli-Legal Commission") in Chinese, is the organization under the Central Committee of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) responsible for political and legal affairs. In practice, the organization oversees all legal enforcement authorities, including the police force. All the CCP committees of provinces, municipalities, counties and autonomous regions establish respective politics and law commissions. (; ja, 将, Shō; ) is the rank held by general officers in some East Asian militaries. The ranks are used in both the People's Republic of China and the Republic of China on Taiwan. The People's Liberation Army and the People's Armed Police use three levels at present while the Republic of China Armed Forces use four. In both North and South Korea the rank is also used. The People's Liberation Army (PLA) is the principal military force of the People's Republic of China and the armed wing of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP). The PLA consists of five service branches: the Ground Force, Navy, Air Force, Rocket Force, and Strategic Support Force. Jiuquan Satellite Launch Center (JSLC; also known as Shuangchengzi Missile Test Center; Launch Complex B2; formally Northwest Comprehensive Missile Testing Facility (); Base 20; 63600 Unit) is a Chinese space vehicle launch facility (spaceport) located in the Gobi Desert, Inner Mongolia. East Sea Fleet
The Eastern Theater Command Navy (), or East Sea Fleet (ESF; ), is one of the three fleets of the People's Liberation Army Navy, operating in the East China Sea under the Eastern Theater Command. It was the first naval force formed by the People's Liberation Army, on 23 April 1949 and was initially based at Shanghai. Renamed in 1955, it has since been assigned to be part of the People's Liberation Army Navy and its headquarters have been moved to Ningbo, Zhejiang Province, but the fleet continues to patrol the East China Sea.
