Wang Junfeng
Wang Junfeng (; born 27 July 1962) is a People's Republic of China, Chinese lawyer and politician. He is currently the President of the All China Lawyers Association and also the Global Chairman of multinational law firm King & Wood Mallesons. Biography Wang was born in Tonghua County, Tonghua, Jilin province in 1962. Education Wang obtained his LLB and LLM from Jilin University. He received his second LLM and a JSD from the University of California, Berkeley, Boalt Hall School of Law. Career Professional He was the principal founding partner of King & Wood PRC Lawyers, one of China's largest law firms before its 2012 combination with Australian firm Mallesons Stephens Jacques. Before founding King & Wood, Wang headed the Commercial Law Department of the China Global Law Office, which a section of the China Council for Promotion of International Trade. The Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC, zh, 中国人民政治协商会议), also known as the People's PCC (, ) or simply the PCC (), is a political advisory body in the People's Republic of China and a central part of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP)'s United Front system. Its members advise and put proposals for political and social issues to government bodies. However, the CPPCC is a body without real legislative power. The China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) is a government ministry of the State Council of the People's Republic of China (PRC). It is the main regulator of the securities industry in China.
