Wang Jianjun
Wang Jianjun (born June 1958; ) is a Chinese provincial politician who served as CPC Secretary of Qinghai Province from 2018 to 2022. Career Wang was born in Yun County (now Yunyang District of Shiyan City) in Hubei Province. He joined the Communist Party in March 1984. He holds a graduate degree from the Central Party School. Wang is a career party functionary. He has served as the deputy head of the Qinghai Organization Department, the Director of Personnel of Qinghai, the head of the institutional reform office of Qinghai, and the secretary-general of the Qinghai Party Committee. In August 2005, he was admitted to the Qinghai Provincial Party Standing Committee. In January 2007 he was named party chief of the provincial capital Xining. Wang Xiao (politician)
Wang Xiao (; born May 1968) is a Chinese politician, serving since 2015 as the Communist Party Secretary of Xining, the capital of Qinghai province. Wang was born in 1968 in Zaozhuang, Shandong. He graduated from the University of Science and Technology of China. In his early career he worked in the Qingdao Hi-tech Industrial Zone. In 1995 he joined the Communist Youth League system, where he took on increasingly senior posts, including CYL chief of Qingdao, CYL deputy chief of Shandong province, and leader of the Youth Work Department of the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League. Luo Huining (; born 5 October 1954) is a senior member of the Chinese Communist Party who is Director of the Liaison Office of the Central People's Government in Hong Kong. A native of Yiwu, Zhejiang, he was previously the Governor, then Party Secretary of Qinghai province before being appointed Party Secretary of Shanxi province. Zhang Yijiong
Zhang Yijiong (; born 26 October 1955) is a Chinese politician, previously serving from 2012 to 2022 as the executive deputy head of the United Front Work Department of the Chinese Communist Party (minister-level). Zhang was born in Shanghai. In January 1971, Zhang joined the Chinese Communist Party. He began his political career as the deputy head of the Communist Youth League organization in Qinghai province. Liu Weiping (; born May 1953) is a Chinese politician, currently serving as Vice President of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. He served as Governor of Gansu from 2010 to 2016, and prior to that, Vice-Governor of Qinghai Province and mayor of Nanchang. The 18th Central Committee of the Chinese Communist Party was elected by the 18th National Congress on 15 November 2012, and sat in plenary sessions until the communing of the 19th National Congress in 2017. It was formally proceeded by the 17th Central Committee. The committee is composed of full members and alternate members. A member has voting rights, while an alternate does not. If a full member is removed from the CC the vacancy is then filled by an alternate member at the next committee plenum — the alternate member who received the most confirmation votes in favour is highest on the order of precedence.
