Walt Housman
Walter Henry Housman III (born October 13, 1962) is a former American football offensive tackle who played one season with the New Orleans Saints of the National Football League (NFL). Housman served as an assistant coach for the Baltimore Brigade of the Arena Football League (AFL) from 2017–2019. He first enrolled at the University of Iowa before transferring to Upsala College. He attended Merrimack High School in Merrimack, New Hampshire. Housman was also a member of the New York Knights, Denver Dynamite and New Orleans Night of the Arena Football League (AFL). College career Housman first played college football for the Iowa Hawkeyes for two years before injuring his knee. He transferred to play for the Upsala Vikings of Upsala College for three years, graduating in 1987 with a Bachelor's of Science in Business Administration. He also played basketball for one year. Linebacker (LB) is a playing position in gridiron football. Linebackers are members of the defensive team, and line up three to five yards behind the line of scrimmage and the defensive linemen. A fumble in gridiron football occurs when a player who has possession and control of the ball loses it before being downed (tackled), scoring, or going out of bounds. ArenaBowl XX, held on Sunday, June 11, 2006, was played to determine the championship of the 2006 season of the Arena Football League (AFL). For the second consecutive year, the game was played at the neutral site of the Thomas & Mack Center in Paradise, Nevada. The Baltimore Brigade was a professional arena football team based in Baltimore, Maryland, that played in the Arena Football League (AFL) from 2017 to 2019. The team's home arena was the Royal Farms Arena.
