Wahoo's Fish Taco is a U.S.-based restaurant chain that offers Mexican food mixed with Brazilian and Asian flavors. Lake Forest is a city in Orange County, California. The population was 85,858 at the 2020 census. Lake Forest incorporated as a city on December 20, 1991. Prior to incorporation, the community had been known as El Toro. Following a vote in 2000, Lake Forest expanded its city limits to include the master-planned developments of Foothill Ranch and Portola Hills. Wahoos, often shortened to 'Hoos, is a nickname for sports teams of the University of Virginia (officially the Virginia Cavaliers, Cavaliers), and more generally, a nickname for University students and alumni. Origins The nickname is a back-formation from the school's yell, "wa-hoo-wa."
