WYBL (98.3 FM) is a radio station broadcasting a country music format. Licensed to Ashtabula, Ohio, United States. The studios are located in Ashtabula while its transmitter is located near Benetka Rd and Plymouth Ridge Rd south of I-90. Owned by Media One Radio Group, it serves Ashtabula County, Ohio and parts of the Erie, Pennsylvania region.
