WLVR-FM (91.3 MHz) is a non-commercial FM radio station in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, and is owned by Lehigh University, and co-operated, with the university, by Lehigh Valley Public Telecommunications Corporation, also known as Lehigh Valley Public Media, licensee and operator of PBS affiliate WLVT-TV. WLVR-FM is supported in part by listener donations. With a focus on local news coverage, WLVR features Lehigh Valley Public Media’s Reporter Corps®, a team of multimedia journalists who cover the Lehigh Valley with in-depth local reporting. Overseeing the station is Christine Dempsey, Senior VP of Radio. Christine has over 30 years of experience in radio and is a current member of the Public Radio Program Directors Association’s board of directors. Bethlehem is a city in Northampton and Lehigh Counties in the Lehigh Valley region of eastern Pennsylvania, United States. As of the 2020 census, Bethlehem had a total population of 75,781. Of this, 55,639 were in Northampton County and 19,343 were in Lehigh County. It is Pennsylvania's seventh most populous city. Active rock is a radio format used by many commercial radio stations across the United States and Canada. Active rock stations play a balance of new hard rock songs with valued classic rock favorites, normally with an emphasis on the harder edge of mainstream rock and album-oriented rock. ''Ask Me Another'' is an hour-long radio puzzle game show that was produced by WNYC and National Public Radio. It was hosted by Canadian American comedian Ophira Eisenberg and featured as its "in-house musician" or "one-man house band" independent rock musician Jonathan Coulton. Episodes of the show were usually recorded at The Bell House in Brooklyn, New York, however the show did go to various states across the country and recorded one or more episodes from those locations. The Moth is a non-profit group based in New York City dedicated to the art and craft of storytelling.
