WIAA Big Eight Conference
The Wisconsin Interscholastic Athletic Association's Big Eight Conference is a high school athletic conference in south-central Wisconsin. The management of the conference is vested in the principals of the member schools, who determine the rules governing eligibility of athletes and schedules. Sun Prairie East High School
Sun Prairie East High School (SPEHS) is a public high school in Sun Prairie, Wisconsin, United States. It is one of two high schools in the Sun Prairie Area School District, the other being Sun Prairie West High School. During the 2022-2023 school year, there were 1,365 students at Sun Prairie East High School. SPEHS is a WIAA Division 1 school and is a member of the Big Eight athletic conference in all sports except for football, in which it is a WIAA Division 2 school and a member of the Badger Conference. 2011 In the summer of 2010, Sun Prairie High School moved to a new building in the southeast part of town. Edgewood High School Of The Sacred Heart
Edgewood High School of the Sacred Heart is a private, Catholic, college preparatory school located in Madison, Wisconsin. Edgewood has been sponsored since its inception by the Dominican Sisters of Sinsinawa, Wisconsin. In the 2019–2020 school year, it enrolled 476 students. Also on the Edgewood campus are Edgewood College and Edgewood Campus School, an elementary and middle school. History Edgewood was founded in 1871 on West Washington Avenue in Madison by the Dominican Sisters of Sinsinawa as Saint Regina Academy, a boarding school for girls, and a day school for boys and girls. In 1881, Governor Cadwallader Washburn donated his official residence on Lake Wingra, "Edgewood Villa," after losing a bid for re-election. Verona Area High School (VAHS) is a high school in Verona, Wisconsin, United States. It is part of the Verona Area School District. Academics Accredited by the North Central Association, VAHS offers a core curriculum in grades 9 through 12 that does not track students by ability; instead, advanced opportunities are offered within the curriculum of each course.
