WWLG (102.5 FM) is a commercial regional Mexican radio station licensed to Baltimore, Ohio. WHIZ-TV (channel 18) is a television station in Zanesville, Ohio, United States, affiliated with NBC, Fox and MyNetworkTV. It is owned by Marquee Broadcasting alongside the company's only radio properties— WHIZ (1240 AM), WHIZ-FM (92.7), and WZVL (103.7 FM). The stations share studios on Downard Road in Zanesville, where WHIZ-TV's transmitter is also located. History Marquee began in 2013 when its owners, Brian and Patricia Lane, announced its intent to acquire WMDT and its repeater, WEVD-LP for $9 million. The company's next acquisition came in 2015 when it closed its acquisition of WUGA-TV from the University of Georgia for $2.5 million. The ''Zanesville Times Recorder'' is a daily newspaper based in Zanesville, Ohio, that serves Muskingum County. The newspaper is part of the USA Today Network.
