WCOA (1370 Hertz, kHz) is a commercial radio, commercial AM radio, AM radio station in Pensacola, Florida, serving the Emerald Coast. It is owned by Cumulus Media and broadcasts a Talk radio, Talk radio format. The radio studios and offices are on North W Street off Pensacola Boulevard (U.S. Route 29 in Florida, U.S. Route 29). James Everett Bohannon (January 7, 1944 – November 12, 2022) was an American broadcaster who worked in both television and radio. He is best known for hosting the nationally syndicated late night radio talk show ''The Jim Bohannon Show'' originally broadcast on the Mutual Broadcasting System and later the Westwood One Network from 1985 to 2022.
