Panama City is a city in and the county seat of Bay County, Florida, United States. Located along U.S. Highway 98 (US 98), it is the largest city between Tallahassee and Pensacola. It is the more populated city of the Panama City–Lynn Haven, Florida metropolitan statistical area. Ebro is a town in Washington County, Florida, United States. The population was 270 at the 2010 census. As of 2018, the population recorded by the U.S. Census Bureau is 275. It is believed that the Spanish named the town, as there is an Ebro River in Spain. Geography Ebro is located in the southwestern part of Washington County at (30.443152, –85.880790).
