The National Premier Leagues Western Australia is a regional Australian semi-professional soccer league comprising teams from Western Australia. The league name is often abbreviated to NPL Western Australia or NPL WA. Perth RedStar Football Club is an Australian soccer club from Joondalup, Western Australia currently playing in the National Premier Leagues Western Australia and National Premier Leagues WA Women. Their home ground is the RedStar Arena at the Joondalup campus of Edith Cowan University. History The club was formed in 1992 as Joondalup City Soccer Club and played at the Gumblossom Park in Quinns Rocks. The Football West State League Division 1 is a regional Australian semi-professional association football league comprising teams from Western Australia. The league sits at Level 2 on the Western Australian league system (Level 3 of the overall Australian league system). The competition is administered by Football West, the governing body of the sport in the state. The league has been called the All Flags State League Division 1 due to sponsorship arrangements since 2011. Format The league operates with a promotion and relegation system. Swan United FC
Swan United Football Club is an Australian Football Club based in the Swan Valley region, in Perth. The club will compete in 2022 in the Football West State League Division 2. History The Swan IC United Soccer Club was formed in 1984 by members of the Italian community in the Swan Valley. The club was founded after the Swan Italian Club, headed by John Steffanelli, decided to start a semi-professional team in the Swan Valley. In 1985 the club played its first season in amateur ranks in 1985. After finishing third in their inaugural season they were accepted in the state fourth division for the 1986 season. Mandurah City Football Club is an Australian professional football club based in Mandurah, Western Australia. Their home ground is Peelwood Reserve in Halls Head. The club has 300 registered players which also includes Juniors, Social, Women, Semi-pro and Masters teams. They currently (2019) compete in the Football West State League Division 1. History Founded in 1970, Mandurah City played their inaugural competitive season in the South West Soccer League, and won the league in 1972. Cockburn City SC
Cockburn City Soccer Club is an Australian soccer club currently playing in the National Premier Leagues Western Australia. They play their home games at Dalmatinac Park and train at Beale Park. History Cockburn City Soccer Club's origin goes back to 1929 when they were known as Spearwood Rovers, and after the 1964 season they amalgamated with Britannia (who had renamed a year earlier from Fremantle City) to become Cockburn United. A few months earlier, some of the Spearwood Rovers club had joined forces with Balkans Dalmatinac, to create Fremantle Dalmatinac (who were renamed Spearwood Dalmatinac in 1974). The two clubs enjoyed success in the period after, with facilities close to each other at Dalmatinac Park and Beale Park. Inglewood United Football Club is an Australian semi-professional soccer club based in Inglewood, a suburb of Perth, Western Australia. The club competes in the National Premier Leagues Western Australia. The club is based at Inglewood Stadium.
