Wyn Jones (rugby Union)
Wyn Jones (born 26 February 1992) is a Welsh rugby union player who plays for Scarlets regional team as a prop. Jones made his debut for the Scarlets regional team in 2014 having previously played for Llandovery RFC over 70 times. Early life Jones was born and raised in Llandovery and attended Aberystwyth University. Club career Jones joined Scarlets on 1 July 2013 following three years at amateurs side Llandovery. He was part of the Pro12 winning Scarlets side in the 2016/17 season and the side that lost in the final the following year. International In May 2017 Jones was named in the Wales senior squad for the tests against Tonga and Samoa in June 2017. He won the Six Nations Grand Slam with Wales in 2019. Llandovery
Llandovery (; cy, Llanymddyfri ) is a market town and community in Carmarthenshire, Wales. It lies on the River Tywi and at the junction of the A40 and A483 roads, about north-east of Carmarthen, north of Swansea and west of Brecon. History Etymology The name of the town derives from ', meaning "church enclosure amid the waters", i. e. between the Tywi and the Afon Brân just upstream of their confluence. A smaller watercourse, the Bawddwr, runs through and under the town. Roman legacy The Roman fort at Llanfair Hill to the north-east of the modern town was known to the Romans as Alabum. The 2021 Six Nations Championship (known as the Guinness Six Nations for sponsorship reasons) was the 22nd Six Nations Championship, the annual rugby union competition contested by the national teams of England, France, Ireland, Italy, Scotland, and Wales, and the 127th edition of the competition (including all its previous incarnations as the Home Nations Championship and Five Nations Championship). Scarlets Players
The Scarlets () are one of the four professional Welsh rugby union teams and are based in Llanelli, Wales. Their home ground is the Parc y Scarlets stadium. They play in the United Rugby Championship and the European Rugby Champions Cup (which replaced the Heineken Cup from the 2014–15 season). The club was originally named the Llanelli Scarlets but was renamed at the start of the 2008–09 rugby season. Murrayfield
Murrayfield is an affluent area to the west of Edinburgh city centre in Scotland. It is to the east of Corstorphine and north of Balgreen and Roseburn. The A8 road runs east–west through the south of the area. Murrayfield is often considered to include the smaller neighbouring areas of Ravelston (to the north) and Roseburn (to the south).
