The Men's Freestyle 90 kg at the 1980 Summer Olympics as part of the Wrestling at the 1980 Summer Olympics, wrestling program were held at the Athletics Fieldhouse, CSKA Moscow, Central Sports Club of the Army. Medalists Tournament results The competition used a form of negative points tournament, with negative points given for any result short of a fall. Accumulation of 6 negative points eliminated the loser wrestler. CSKA Moscow
CSKA Moscow (russian: ЦСКА Москва) is a Russian sports club based in Moscow. It was created in 1911 in the Russian Empire on base of OLLS (Skiing Society, founded 1901). Later, during the Soviet Union, Soviet era, it was a central piece of the big Soviet Armed Forces (sports society), Armed Forces sports society, which in turn was associated with the Red Army, Soviet Army; because of this, it was popularly referred to in the West as "Red Army" or "the Red Army team".
