Wisconsin's 15th State Senate District
The 15th Senate District of Wisconsin is one of 33 districts in the Wisconsin State Senate. Located in southern Wisconsin, the district comprises western Rock County, parts of eastern and northern Green County, and southeast Dane County. It includes the cities of Janesville, Brodhead, Edgerton, Evansville, and Stoughton, as well as the western half of the city of Beloit. Current elected officials Mark Spreitzer is the senator representing the 15th district since January 2023. He previously served in the State Assembly, representing the 45th Assembly district from 2015 to 2023. Each Wisconsin State Senate district is composed of three Wisconsin State Assembly districts. Jenna Jacobson
Jennifer Shannon "Jenna" Jacobson (' Insdahl; born 1982) is an American financial advisor and Democratic politician. She is a member of the Wisconsin State Assembly, representing Wisconsin's 43rd Assembly district since January 2023. Biography Jenna Jacobson was born Jennifer Shannon Insdahl, was raised in Polk County, Wisconsin, and graduated from Frederic High School, in Frederic, Wisconsin, in 2000. She attended University of Wisconsin–River Falls, but transferred to Purdue University, where she completed her bachelor's degree in consumer financial planning. While attending school in River Falls, she worked as a teller at the WESTconsin Credit Union. After transferring to Purdue, she worked for the Purdue Employees Federal Credit Union as a financial advisor. Redistribution (re-districting in the United States and in the Philippines) is the process by which electoral districts are added, removed, or otherwise changed. Mark Pocan
Mark William Pocan ( ; born August 14, 1964) is an American politician and businessman serving as the U.S. representative from Wisconsin's 2nd congressional district since 2013. The district is based in the state capital, Madison. A member of the Democratic Party, Pocan is co-chair of the Congressional LGBT Equality Caucus and chair emeritus of the Congressional Progressive Caucus. Wisconsin's 2nd congressional district is a congressional district of the United States House of Representatives in southern Wisconsin, covering Dane County, Iowa County, Lafayette County, Sauk County and Green County, as well as portions of Richland County and Rock County. The district includes Madison, the state's capital, its suburbs and some of the surrounding areas. Like many districts anchored by a college town, the district is heavily Democratic, and includes the University of Wisconsin-Madison. The district is currently represented by Democrat Mark Pocan, who succeeded current Senator Tammy Baldwin in 2013. Wisconsin's 1st congressional district is a congressional district of the United States House of Representatives in southeastern Wisconsin, covering Kenosha County, Racine County, and most of Walworth County, as well as portions of Rock County, Waukesha County, and Milwaukee County. Wisconsin's 5th Congressional District
Wisconsin's 5th congressional district is a congressional district of the United States House of Representatives in Wisconsin, covering most of Milwaukee's northern and western suburbs. It presently covers all of Washington and Jefferson counties, most of Waukesha County, and portions of Dodge, Milwaukee and Walworth counties. It is currently represented by Republican Scott Fitzgerald. This was historically the most Republican district in Wisconsin, but as suburban areas have moved left, while rural and areas of industrial workers have moved right, the 7th and 8th have surpassed the 5th. However, this district remains solidly Republican for the time being. George W. Bush carried the district in 2004 with 63% of the vote. Clinton M. Anderson (born May 26, 1993) is an American politician from Beloit, Wisconsin. He is a member of the Wisconsin State Assembly, representing Wisconsin's 45th Assembly district since January 2023. He is also currently a member of the Beloit city council. Biography Clinton Anderson was and raised in the city of Beloit, Wisconsin.
