Wisconsin's 11th Senate District
The 11th Senate district of Wisconsin is one of 33 districts in the Wisconsin Senate. Located in southern Wisconsin, the district comprises most of Walworth County, most of Kenosha County, and southwest Racine County, along with parts of southeast Rock County. It contains the cities of Burlington, Delavan, Elkhorn, and Lake Geneva, and the villages of Clinton, Darien, East Troy, Genoa City, Paddock Lake, Sharon, Union Grove, Walworth, along with most of the village of Pleasant Prairie and part of the city of Kenosha. Current elected officials Stephen Nass is the senator representing the 11th district. He was first elected in the 2014 general election, and is now serving in his second term. Scott L. Johnson (born 1954) is an American farmer, consultant, and Republican politician. He is a member of the Wisconsin State Assembly, representing Wisconsin's 33rd Assembly district since January 2023. Biography Scott Johnson was raised on his family's farm near Janesville, Wisconsin, and graduated from Milton High School. He went on to earn his bachelor's degree in agricultural economics from the University of Wisconsin–Madison, in 1977, and attended a master's program at University of Wisconsin–Whitewater. Tyler August (born January 26, 1983) is an American politician and legislator. He is the Speaker pro tempore of the Wisconsin State Assembly, since 2013. Wisconsin State Assembly
The Wisconsin State Assembly is the lower house of the Wisconsin Legislature. Together with the smaller Wisconsin Senate, the two constitute the legislative branch of the U.S. state of Wisconsin. Kenosha () is a city in the U.S. state of Wisconsin and the seat of Kenosha County. Per the 2020 census, the population was 99,986 which made it the fourth-largest city in Wisconsin.
