Winter's Bane
Winters Bane are a heavy/power metal band formed in 1990. They have gone through extensive line-up changes throughout their history with only guitarist and sometime-vocalist Lou St. Paul featuring as an ever-present. In their first incarnation with Tim "Ripper" Owens (who would later join Judas Priest and Iced Earth), they released the '' Heart of a Killer'' album in 1993, a concept piece based on the murderous exploits of a character called Judge Cohagen. This album was re-released in 2000 by Century Media Records as a two-CD set, featuring a bootlegged live gig as a bonus disc. After the departure of Owens, St. Paul took over the vocal duties for both the unreleased ''Season of Brutality'' and ''Girth'', arguably Winters Bane's heaviest work to date. Following the release of ''Girth'', Winters Bane went into a period of semi-activity while searching for a full-time vocalist. Keyboardist

Dennis Hayes (bassist)
Dennis Hayes is an American bass guitarist, currently playing for Beyond Fear. Hayes began his career with the heavy metal band Wretch. Later he was a founding member of the Progressive Heavy Metal band Castle Black with other former members of Wretch, Nick Giannakos (Lead Guitar) and Drummer, Jeff Currenton. It was during this time where he began a long association with Tim "Ripper" Owens, as Castle Black and Winter's Bane often played the same venues around Northeastern Ohio. Hayes eventually was offered, and accepted, membership in Winter's Bane. Both Hayes and Owens performed on Winter's Bane's 1993 debut album Heart of a Killer. Dennis also played in the Heavy metal band Seven Witches from 2004 to 2005, but left to form Beyond Fear together with Owens, a side project to the singer's role in Iced Earth. Dwayne Davis (born November 27, 1989) is an American professional basketball player for Club Trouville of the Liga Uruguaya de Básquetbol. At 6'5", he plays as a small forward. Davis entered the 2013 NBA draft but was not selected in the draft's two rounds. College career Davis managed to become the first person in his family to finish high school, which allowed him to make a name in Strawberry Mansion High School, noted in the NJCAA. Matt Barlow
Matthew Barlow (born March 10, 1971) is an American heavy metal singer. He is the lead singer for Ashes of Ares and former lead singer of Iced Earth and Pyramaze. He is Jon Schaffer's brother-in-law. History Barlow joined Iced Earth after the ''Night of the Stormrider'' tour with Blind Guardian in Europe, as a replacement for John Greely. The first album Barlow can be heard on is '' Burnt Offerings'' (1995). Barlow left the band in 2003, much to the chagrin of many fans. His reason for leaving was due to personal beliefs related to the September 11 terrorist attacks. He took a look at his life and realized that he wanted to contribute to the "real world" instead of living the illusion of a "rock star." He approached Jon Schaffer with this in late 2002, but Schaffer, known for his persuasive personality, convinced Barlow to stay with the band.
