William O'Sullivan (politician)
William O'Sullivan (1873 – 3 March 1953) was an Irish politician and medical doctor. He was a Cumann na nGaedheal member of Seanad Éireann from 1922 to 1936. He was first elected to the Seanad in 1922 for 9 years and was re-elected in 1931 for 6 years. He served until the Free State Seanad was abolished in 1936. He was born in County Kerry County Kerry ( gle, Contae Chiarraí) is a county in Ireland. It is located in the South-West Region and forms part of the province of Munster. Billy O'Sullivan (born 22 September 1968) is an Republic of Ireland, Irish sportsman. He played hurling with his local club Ballygunner GAA, Ballygunner and with the Waterford GAA, Waterford senior inter-county team. Early life Billy O'Sullivan was born in Ballygunner, County Waterford in 1968. He was educated locally and from an early age he showed a great interest in hurling. Billy won an U15 Munster Colleges with De La Salle College Waterford, De La Salle College, Waterford. He played for a combined Fitzgibbon Cup teams from 1987-1989. Playing career Club Billy plays his club hurling with his local Ballygunner GAA, Ballygunner team.
