William O'Brien (Rhode Island Politician)
William W. O'Brien (born July 27, 1969) is an American politician and a Democratic member of the Rhode Island House of Representatives representing District 54 since January 1, 2013. Education O'Brien attended Florida International University, Providence College, the University of Rhode Island, and earned his BS in mathematics from Rhode Island College. The State of Rhode Island General Assembly is the state legislature (United States), state legislature of the U.S. state of Rhode Island. A bicameral body, it is composed of the lower house, lower Rhode Island House of Representatives with 75 representatives, and the upper house, upper Rhode Island Senate with 38 senators.
