White Californians are white Americans living in California who currently make up 71.9% of the state's population. As of 2015, California has the third-largest majority-minority state, minority population in the United States. Non-Hispanic whites or Non-Latino whites are Americans who are classified as "white", and are not of Hispanic (also known as "Latino") heritage. The United States Census Bureau defines ''white'' to include European Americans, Middle Eastern Americans, and North African Americans.
