Wen'an County
Wen'an () is a county in the central part of Hebei province, China, on the upper reaches of the Daqing River (), a tributary of the Hai River, and bordering Tianjin to the east. It is under the administration of the prefecture-level city of Langfang Langfang () is a prefecture-level city of Hebei Province, which was known as Tianjin Prefecture until 1973. It was renamed Langfang Prefecture after Tianjin became a municipality and finally upgraded into a prefecture-level city in 1988. Lang ..., and, , had a population of 460,000 residing in an area of . Counties ( zh, t=縣, s=县, hp=Xiàn), formally county-level divisions, are found in the third level of the administrative hierarchy in Provinces and Autonomous regions and the second level in municipalities and Hainan, a level that is known as "county level" and also contains autonomous counties, county-level cities, banners, autonomous banners and City districts.
