Website builders are tools that typically allow the construction of websites without manual code editing. They fall into two categories: * Online proprietary tools provided by web hosting service companies. These are typically intended for service users to build their own website. World Wide Web Consortium
The World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) is the main international standards organization for the World Wide Web. Founded in 1994 by Tim Berners-Lee, the consortium is made up of member organizations that maintain full-time staff working together in the development of standards for the World Wide Web. Scalable Vector Graphics (SVG) is an XML-based vector graphics format for defining two-dimensional graphics, having support for interactivity and animation.
