We The Generation
''We the Generation'' is the second studio album by British drum and bass band Rudimental. The album was released on 2 October 2015, although the album leaked online a week prior to its release. The album contains a number of collaborations with singers Will Heard and Anne-Marie, as well as appearances from Ed Sheeran, Lianne La Havas, Dizzee Rascal, Foy Vance, Ella Eyre, MNEK and Bobby Womack. A number of singles were released from the album prior to its release, including "Bloodstream", featuring Sheeran. Singles * "Bloodstream", with collaboration Ed Sheeran, was released as the album's first single on 29 March 2015. It is a re-work of the original song which features on Sheeran's album '' x''. Rudimental
Rudimental are a British drum and bass band, signed to Asylum Records, Atlantic Records and Black Butter Records. The band consists of Piers Aggett, Kesi Dryden and Leon "Locksmith" Rolle. They were nominated for a Mercury Prize in 2013, and won several awards including the Brit Award, and the MOBO Award for Best Album. Rudimental also received nominations at the MTV Europe Music Awards for Best New Act, and Best UK and Ireland act. Rudimental has achieved multiple Platinum awards for record sales in several countries including in the United Kingdom and Australia. The band rose to prominence in 2012 when their single " Feel the Love", featuring singer John Newman, topped the UK Singles Chart, and for which they were also nominated for a BRIT Award in 2013. Ed Sheeran
Edward Christopher Sheeran (; born 17 February 1991) is an English singer-songwriter. Annie Mac (born 18 July 1978), is an Irish DJ, broadcaster and writer. She hosted a variety of shows on BBC Radio 1, including BBC Switch and ''Future Sounds''. She also DJed in various locations, including hosting her AMP (Annie Mac Presents) Lost and Found venues in places like Ibiza. Personal life Annie Mac was born in Dublin, Ireland on 18 July 1978. After attending Wesley College in Dublin, she studied English literature at Queen's University Belfast, Northern Ireland. Annie lives in Queen's Park, London. She has a son (born May 2013) with her husband DJ Toddla T. She gave birth to her second child on 6 January 2017.
