''We See the Same Sun'' is the second album by German eurodance group Mr. President, released in May 1996. This album arranged the band's international breakthrough, including three hit singles: "Coco Jamboo", their most successful song that entered the charts all over Europe, Australia and the United States, " I Give You My Heart" and " Show Me the Way". The album also contains a song recorded with German singer Nino De Angelo, "Olympic Dreams". "Coco Jamboo" is a song by German Eurodance group Mr. President. It was released on 29 March 1996 as the lead single from their second studio album, ''We See the Same Sun'' (1996). Music critics compared the song to Swedish band Ace of Base. A massive hit in Europe, it reached number one in countries like Austria, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Sweden, and Switzerland. VIVA (abbreviation for: translating to "Video Exploitation Facility") was a German free-to-air music television channel, first broadcast on 1 December 1993. The channel was intended to compete against MTV Europe and was the first German-language music TV channel, while MTV was only broadcast in English until the introduction of MTV Germany in 1997. It was also supposed to focus more on German music and pop culture while MTV only broadcast anglophone music by artists mostly from North America, the United Kingdom, Ireland and Australia. After years of competition for audience share, MTV Networks Europe eventually acquired VIVA on 14 January 2005 after it had outrun its own efforts for better ratings. Echo Music Prize (stylised as ECHO, ) was an accolade by the , an association of recording companies of Germany to recognize outstanding achievement in the music industry. The first ECHO Awards ceremony was held in 1992, and it was set up to honor musical accomplishments by performers for the year 1991, succeeding the Deutscher Schallplattenpreis, which was awarded since 1963. Each year's winner was determined by the previous year's sales. In April 2018, following controversy regarding that year's ceremony, the Bundesverband Musikindustrie announced the end of the award.
