''We Are the Mess'' is the second studio album by German metalcore band Electric Callboy (formerly Eskimo Callboy). It was released on 10 January 2014 through Redfield Records. The album was entirely produced by Kristian Kohlmannslehner. It features two guest appearances on the album, including BastiBasti of Callejon and former Hollywood Undead singer Deuce on the track "Jagger Swagger". Electric Callboy (formerly known as Eskimo Callboy) is a German electronicore band formed in Castrop-Rauxel in 2010. They take a more relaxed approach to the genre, and are known for their comedic songs, live shows and videos. History Early releases and ''Bury Me in Vegas'' (2010–2013) The first self-titled EP was self-released in 2010 and was distributed via EMP. Later the band re-released the EP via their actual recording label Redfield Records. The band was a support act for groups like Bakkushan, Callejon, Ohrbooten, We Butter the Bread with Butter and Neaera. Redfield Records is a German independent label founded in Haan-Gruiten near Düsseldorf in 2001 and now residing in Melle near Osnabrück. In February 2013 the label founded their subsidiary under the name Redfield Digital which distribute only digital music worldwide. Metalcore
Metalcore (also known as metallic hardcore) is a fusion music genre that combines elements of extreme metal and hardcore punk. Aron Erlichman (born March 2, 1983), better known by his stage name Deuce, is an American rapper, music producer and guitarist. Brought to fame as a producer, singer-songwriter and one of the founding members of rap rock band Hollywood Undead, Deuce departed from Hollywood Undead in 2010 and has since moved on to solo work through the label "Five Seven Music", a branch of Eleven Seven Music.
