Warrior (B.A.P Song)
"Warrior" (Korean: 워리어) is a song recorded by the South Korean boy group B.A.P. It was released as a digital single on January 26, 2012, by TS Entertainment. The song was B.A.P's first single and the first from their first EP, ''Warrior''. "Warrior" was written and produced by Kang Ji-on and Kim Ki-bum, the same producers of Song Ji-eun's " Going Crazy" and Bang & Zelo's "Never Give Up". B.A.P's leader, Bang Yong-guk, co-wrote "Warrior". The song's lyrics describe the injustice of current society and the protagonist's desire to end it. The choreography of "Warrior" was created by Park Sang-hyun who also choreographed Secret's "Magic", "Shy Boy" and "Starlight Moonlight". The song's music video was directed by Hong Won-ki. "Warrior" was lauded by various media outlets and netizens for its powerful and fierce imagery on its music video and live performances. ''Warrior'' is the first single album by South Korean boy band B.A.P. The single album was released digitally on January 26, 2012, and contains four tracks. The accompanying CD of ''Warrior'' was released on February 2, 2012, when the album sold 10,000 copies in two days upon its release. The album also debuted on Billboard's World Albums Chart at number 10. The lead single, "Warrior", was released on January 26, 2012 through various online digital stores. In March 2012, B.A.P released a follow-up single, " Secret Love". The single album peaked at number three on the Gaon Album Chart. Mnet (acronym of Music Network) is a South Korean pay television music channel owned by CJ E&M, a division of CJ ENM, part of CJ Group. The CJ E&M Center Studio located in Sangam-dong, Mapo-gu, Seoul is the broadcast and recording centre of many Mnet programs with a studio audience, namely the live weekly music show '' M Countdown''. ''Inkigayo'' ( ko, 인기가요; English title: ''The Music Trend'', previously ''Popular Song'') is a South Korean music program broadcast by SBS. It airs live every Sunday. The show features some of the latest and most popular artists who perform on stage. It is broadcast from the SBS Open Hall in Deungchon-dong, Gangseo-gu, Seoul. History ''Inkigayo'' debuted as ''SBS Popular Song'' in 1991 as a chart show, but was canceled in fall 1993 because it was replaced by TV Gayo 20 (TV 가요20). It was later revived in 1998 with its original title and format. The Circle Chart (), previously known as the Gaon Music Chart or the Gaon Chart (), tabulates the relative weekly popularity of songs and albums in South Korea. It is produced by the Korea Music Content Association and sponsored by South Korea's Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism. Founded in 2010. History Gaon Chart was launched in February 2010 by the Korea Music Content Association, under the sponsorship of the South Korean Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, with the aim to create a domestic national chart similar to the ''Billboard'' charts of the United States and the Oricon charts of Japan. SBS M is a South Korean pay television music channel owned by SBS Medianet, a division of SBS Media Holdings. Yoo Youngjae
Yoo Young-jae (; born January 24, 1994), also known mononymously as Youngjae, is a South Korean singer and actor. He debuted as an idol in the six-member group B.A.P under TS Entertainment, where he served as the main vocalist from 2012 to its dissolution in 2019.
