Walter López (footballer, Born 1977)
Walter Nahún López Cárdenas (1 September 1977 – 9 August 2015) was a Honduran football player. Club career His first game in the Honduran league was on 16 November 1997 wearing the Platense's shirt in La Ceiba against Vida. With Darwin Pacheco, he has been the only Honduran national league footballer from Ocotepeque Department. He finished his career with Cobán Imperial in the Guatemala's top division. International career López made his debut for Honduras in a May 2000 friendly match against Canada and has earned a total of 13 caps, scoring 1 goal. He has represented his country in 1 FIFA World Cup qualification match and played at the 2005 UNCAF Nations Cup as well as at the 2000 Summer Olympics. Walter Alberto López Gasco (born 15 October 1985) is a Uruguayan footballer who plays in defence or midfield. Club career Born in Montevideo, López began his career at hometown club Racing Club and spent time in Argentina with San Martín de Tucumán, before moving to Uruguayan Primera División side River Plate Montevideo in 2005. While registered to the club, he spent time on loan in Spain, with Xerez, and in Mexico, with Tecos. He signed for West Ham United on 5 September 2008. On joining West Ham he was described by caretaker manager Kevin Keen as "a very attacking full-back who can get forward. Like David Di Michele, he is another West Ham-type player who will hopefully show everyone at the club what he can do". Michele had been signed by the club on loan around the same time. Club Deportivo Marquense, or simply Marquense, is a Guatemalan football club based in San Marcos, Department of San Marcos, and who compete in the Primera División, the nation's second footballing division, since 2000. Their home venue is at the ''Estadio Marquesa de la Ensenada''. History The club was founded in 1958, and were promoted to the then Liga Mayor "A" in 1962, remaining in the First Division until 1966, when they finished last or relegation place. They were relegated down as the Segunda Division (third tier in the country), before earning promotion to the Primera División de Ascenso in the 1990s. After more than three decades competing in lower divisions, the team was promoted to the Liga Nacional in May 2000, and they reached the semi-finals of the 2004 Apertura tournament. The vice presidents of Honduras, also known as presidential designates, officially the designates to the presidency ( es, designados a la presidencia) is the second highest political position in Honduras. According to the current constitution, the president and vice-presidents are elected in the same ticket. From 1957 to 2006 and from 2010 onwards there are positions of first, second, and third vice-president commonly known as ''designados presidenciales'', literally "presidential designates".
