It reached #33 in the UK album charts, despite not having the major label backing afforded to the band's first two albums. Track lis ... and reached #41 in the UK singles chart. The CD version of ''Waiting Game'' included a U-MYX feature which allowed people to remix the track in their own personal way. When the single charted it was the second week in UK chart history, in which all downloads count towards the chart regardless if there is a physical release or not. If the chart was still under the previous rules in which one was needed, the single would have made #36. The Cooper Temple Clause
The Cooper Temple Clause was an English alternative rock band, formed in Wokingham, Berkshire in 1998. The band released three albums before announcing their split on 24 April 2007, following the departure of Daniel Fisher. After signing a record deal with the RCA label in 2000 and putting out several singles and EPs, their debut album, ''See This Through and Leave'', was released in 2002 to critical acclaim. 2003's follow-up, '' Kick Up the Fire, and Let the Flames Break Loose'', achieved the band international recognition on the strength of the singles " Promises, Promises" and " Blind Pilots". The Cooper Temple Clause left RCA in 2006, signing to Sanctuary Records for the release of their third album, ''Make This Your Own''. The band were named after the Cowper-Temple clause, the first part of the name of which is pronounced as in the band's name. U-MYX
U-MYX was a music format launched in 2004 which allowed a user to arrange and create their own mix of songs by known music artists. The U-MYX Software is available on CDs (usually on the artist's single release as an Enhanced Section on the CD) and was available as digital downloads from U-MYX's own digital store. Digital U-MYX Sales were UK Chart eligible and counted towards the artist's chart position. U-MYX changed its name to GoMix in 2009. U-MYX Player Users can create and play back U-MYX files using the U-MYX Player application. The U-MYX Player arranges the song in a grid format, divided into Tracks and Sections.
