''Wait a Minute'' is the fourth studio album by Dutch rock and roll and blues group Herman Brood & His Wild Romance. After the commercial and artistic debacle of ''Go Nutz'' and the disastrous recording of that album, the Wild Romance fell apart, though Dany Lademacher and Freddy Cavalli still played on this album, the last recorded with the "old" Wild Romance. On the Dutch album chart, the album reached #26 on 20 September 1980, and stayed on the chart for five weeks. Herman Brood
Hermanus "Herman" Brood (; 5 November 1946 – 11 July 2001) was a Dutch musician, painter, actor and poet. As a musician he achieved artistic and commercial success in the 1970s and 1980s, and was called "the greatest and only Dutch rock 'n' roll star". Later in life he started a successful career as a painter. Known for his hedonistic lifestyle of "sex, drugs and rock 'n' roll", Brood was an ''enfant terrible'' and a cultural figure whose suicide by jumping from a hotel roof, apparently influenced by a failure to kick his drug and alcohol habit, strengthened his controversial status; according to a poll organised to celebrate fifty years of Dutch popular music, it was the most significant event in its history. Blues is a music genre and musical form which originated in the Deep South of the United States around the 1860s. Ariola (also known as Ariola Records, Ariola-Eurodisc and BMG Ariola) is a German record label. In the late 1980s, it was a subsidiary label of the Bertelsmann Music Group, which in turn has become a part of the international media conglomerate Sony Music Entertainment. ''Go Nutz'' is the third studio album by Dutch rock and roll and blues group Herman Brood & His Wild Romance. Three singles came from the album, "Love You Like I Love Myself," "Hot Shot," and "I Don't Need You," all of which charted in the Netherlands. On the Dutch album chart, the album reached #6 on 8 March 1980, and stayed on the chart for nine weeks. ''Go Nutz'' was re-released on CD in 1996 by Sony BMG/ Ariola. Track listing Production and reception ''Go Nutz'', recorded in the United States, was supposed to follow up on the American success of the single "Saturday Night" (from ''Shpritsz'') and a compilation called ''Herman Brood & His Wild Romance'', made specifically for the American market.
