Víctor Manuel Fernández Gutiérrez (born 17 April 1974), known simply as Víctor, is a Spanish former professional association football, footballer. Usually a striker (association football), striker, he could also be put to use second striker, behind a sole attacker. Over 18 seasons, he appeared in 561 matches across both major Spanish football league system, levels of Spanish football, scoring 167 goals (342 games and 93 goals in La Liga). He played nine years with Real Valladolid, Valladolid (two spells), and four with Villarreal CF, Villarreal. Playing career Club Víctor was born in Mérida, Spain, Mérida, Extremadura. Joseba Llorente Etxarri (born 24 November 1979) is a Spanish retired professional footballer who played as a centre-forward. He amassed La Liga totals of 179 games and 50 goals over ten seasons, representing in the competition Real Sociedad, Valladolid, Villarreal and Osasuna.
