Václav Černý (born 17 October 1997) is a Czech professional footballer who plays as a winger for Dutch Eredivisie club Twente and the Czech Republic national team. Club career Černý was born in Příbram. He joined the youth ranks of AFC Ajax in January 2013 from FK Příbram. He made his professional debut at Jong Ajax on 13 March 2015 in an Eerste Divisie game against VVV Venlo replacing Robert Murić after 78 minutes in a 1–0 win. On 15 August 2015, he made his Ajax first team debut in a 3–0 win against Willem II. Willem II (), also known as Willem II Tilburg, is a Dutch football club based in Tilburg, Netherlands. They play in the Eerste Divisie, the second tier of Dutch football, following relegation from the Eredivisie in the 2021–22 season. The club was founded on 12 August 1896 as ''Tilburgia''. The 2015–16 AFC Ajax season saw the club participate in the Eredivisie, the KNVB Cup, the UEFA Champions League and the UEFA Europa League. The first training took place on 6 July 2015 while the traditional AFC Ajax Open Day was held on 20 July. Pre-season The first training for the 2015–16 season was held on 6 June 2015. In preparation for the new season, Ajax organized a training stage in Neustift, Austria. The squad, with manager Frank de Boer, remained there from 15 to 24 June. The 2015–16 Eerste Divisie, known as Jupiler League for sponsorship reasons, is the sixtieth season of Eerste Divisie since its establishment in 1955.
