Vystavkovyi Tsentr (Kyiv Metro)
Vystavkovyi Tsentr ( uk, Виставковий центр, , literally ''Exhibition Center'') is a station on the Kyiv Metro's Obolonsko–Teremkivska Line, named after the exposition center that is located in the vicinity. Active construction began on this project in 2010 after the opening of the three new stations on the Obolonsko–Teremkivska Line from the former Lybidska terminus. The station is designed as shallow and has one underground vault, similarly to adjacent "Vasylkivska". The southwestern platform end is linked by a four-stripe escalator to the underground entrance hall, ending into an underpass under Vasylkivska street. Further plans exist to connect it with another one under Holosiivskyi avenue, so as to make one of the exits right beside the exhibition center. Holosiivskyi District ( uk, Голосіївський район, translit.: ''Holosiivs’kyi raion'') is an urban district of the city of Kyiv, the capital of Ukraine. Holosiivskyi District was created during changing of administrative divisions of the capital of Ukraine, which was conducted in September 2001, as per the decision of the Kyiv City Council on January 1, 2001. Holosiivskyi District is located in the southwestern part of Kyiv, bordering Shevchenkivskyi, Solomianskyi, Pecherskyi, and Darnytskyi districts of Kyiv, and Bucha, Obukhiv, and Boryspil raions of Kyiv Oblast. The Kyiv Metro ( uk, Ки́ївський метрополіте́н, Kyivskyi metropoliten, ) is a rapid transit system in Kyiv that is owned by the Kyiv City Council and operated by the city-owned company Kyivsky Metropoliten''.'' It was initially opened on November 6th, 1960, as a single line with five stations. It was the first rapid transit system in Ukraine and the third in the Soviet Union, after the Moscow and St. Petersburg metros. Lybidska (Kyiv Metro)
Lybidska ( uk, Либідська, ) is the 27th station of the Kyiv Metro system that serves the Ukrainian capital Kyiv. The station was opened as part of the Obolonsko–Teremkivska Line on 30 December 1984, located in between the Palats "Ukrayina" and Demiivska stations. The station provides passenger access to Lybdiska Square, under which it is located. It served as the line's southern terminus for 26 years until 2010, when the line was extended to Vasylkivska. After the fall of Soviet Union in the early 1990s, the station was renamed "Lybidska" after a nearby river—Lybid, on 2 February 1993. In 2011, the station has been listed as a "newly discovered object of cultural heritage," and monuments of architecture, town planning, and art. Rail transport (also known as train transport) is a means of transport that transfers passengers and goods on wheeled vehicles running on rails, which are incorporated in tracks.
