Vyooham
''Vyooham'' is a 1990 Indian Malayalam-language action film, directed by Sangeeth Sivan, starring Raghuvaran, Sukumaran, Captain Raju, Babu Antony, Urvashi, Rajan P. Dev and Parvathy Jayaram. It was the debut directorial of Sangeeth Sivan. The lead characters were loosely based on the characters of Mel Gibson and Danny Glover in Lethal Weapon, where Raghuvaran and Sukumaran played the lead roles respectively, while the plot is original. Plot An undercover agent, Tony Leous was hired by Kochi police to find some drug dealers. Mohan is also a policeman as part of Narcotic control. Tony raids one of Captain Raju's facilities and recovers smuggled items. This gives a heavy blow to the smugglers. At night, Babu Antony enters Tony house and kills the pet dog. Sangeeth Sivan
Sangeeth Sivan is an Indian film director and screenwriter who works in Malayalam and Hindi film industries. He is probably best known for directing the 1992 Malayalam film '' Yodha''. Sangeeth Sivan is the eldest son of filmmaker Sivan. His brothers Santosh Sivan and Sanjeev Sivan also work in the industry. He started his career when Basu Bhattacharya brought him on board as the executive producer of his son's directorial debut ''Raakh'', starring Aamir Khan and Pankaj Kapur. Raghuvaran Velayutham (11 December 1958 – 19 March 2008) was an Indian actor who predominantly acted in films made in South India. He has acted in more than 200 Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada and Hindi films. According to the ''Hindustan Times'', "The actor had carved a niche for himself with his special style and voice modulation." Edappal Ponnamkuzhi Veettil Parameswaran Sukumaran Nair (10 June 1948 – 16 June 1997), known mononymously as Sukumaran, was an Indian actor and producer of Malayalam films. Sukumaran became a popular film star in Malayalam cinema during the 1970s. He was considered one of the superstar trios of Malayalam cinema during the late 1970s and early 1980s along with Soman and Jayan.
