Vom Bordstein Bis Zur Skyline
''Vom Bordstein bis zur Skyline'' ("From the Curb to the Skyline") is the debut studio album by German rapper Bushido. It was released on 14 July 2003 by independent label Aggro Berlin. The album was later banned for minors by the Federal Department for Media Harmful to Young Persons due to its controversial lyrics. It was produced by Bushido and DJ Ilan and reached number 88 in the German Media Control Charts. Banning On 6 April 2005, the youth welfare office from Trier-Saarburg proposed to 'index' the album, which would have meant a ban of the album for minors. Bushido and Aggro Berlin intervened prior to the meeting and argued with artistic freedom. The songs "Eine Kugel reicht", "Tempelhof Rock", "Dreckstück" and "Pussy" have since been indexed. The lyrics of these songs contain discriminatory passages towards homosexuals, disabled people, and women. Bushido (rapper)
Anis Mohamed Youssef Ferchichi (born 28 September 1978), better known by his alias Bushido, is a German rapper, hip-hop producer, and entrepreneur. He is also the co-founder of the record label ersguterjunge. Raised in Berlin, Ferchichi came in contact with hip-hop through graffiti and his friend and fellow rapper Fler. In 2001, Ferchichi released his demo ''King of KingZ'', which later led him to sign a record label deal with Aggro Berlin. Paul Hartmut Würdig (born 30 November 1980), better known as Sido, is a German rapper. He interprets his artist name as "super-intelligentes Drogenopfer" (super-intelligent drug victim). TaJuan Akeem Perry (born May 7, 1975), better known by his stage name Big Noyd, is an American rapper from Queensbridge, Queens, New York. He is closely affiliated with Mobb Deep and is featured on all of their albums except ''Blood Money''.
