Volume Up (EP)
''Volume Up'' is the third extended play by South Korean girl group 4Minute. It was released by Cube Entertainment and distributed by Universal Music on April 9, 2012. Release 4Minute originally scheduled their EP release for February 2012; however, this date was subsequently delayed several times. ''Volume Up'' was finally released and officially revealed on April 9, 2012. The premiere of the music video for the title song took place on the same day. Promotion The group promoted the title track "Volume Up" (as well as the track "Dream Racer") on several music shows. Between April 12 and 15, 2012, they appeared onstage at music shows, including Mnet's ''M! 4Minute (, often stylized as 4MINUTE) was a South Korean girl group formed in 2009 by Cube Entertainment. The members of the group were Nam Ji-hyun, Heo Ga-yoon, Jeon Ji-yoon, Kim Hyuna and Kwon So-hyun. The group was known for its edgy dance-pop style and "girl crush" image that attracted a large female fan base. The group debuted in June 2009 with the single, "Hot Issue." They ultimately released one full-length Japanese album, ''Diamond'' (2010), one full-length Korean album, '' 4Minutes Left'' (2011), seven Korean extended plays, and multiple singles. THE KOXX
The Koxx (Hangul: 칵스) is a South Korean indie rock band that formed in 2009. They are also involved in the production of k-pop songs. History In 2008, The Koxx got together and played a show for an end of the year party with friends. Afterwards they formed a band starting in 2009 and debuted on the reality show ''Hello Rookie''. They released their first EP, ''Enter'', on June 15, 2010. On June 15, 2011, The Koxx released their first studio album, ''Access OK''. At the end of the year, The Koxx held their first solo concert, ''Success OK'', and went on a tour in Japan, playing at clubs in Tokyo, Osaka, and Nagoya. The Koxx won the "Discovery of the Year" Award on February 22, 2012 at the Gaon Chart K-Pop Awards. Beginning in 2012, the band began appearing on KBS' reality show ''Top Band 2''. Lee Min-woo (hangul: 이민우; born July 28, 1979), also known mononymously credited as M as a solo artist, is a South Korean entertainer, known as a member of the South Korean boy band Shinhwa. Lee was the first Shinhwa member to debut as a solo artist in 2003, and has since released three studio albums. In 2007, Lee set up his own agency, M Rising Entertainment, to manage his solo activities. He and the other members founded the Shinhwa Company to manage their group activities and became co-CEO with leader Eric Mun. As of November 2012, he has signed with Liveworks Company. Black Eyed Pilseung () is a South Korean music production and songwriting duo made up of Rado (Song Joo-young) and Choi Kyu-sung, formed in 2014.
