Vladislav Tumanov
Vladislav Nikolayevich Tumanov (Russian: Владислав Николаевич Туманов; born on 29 January 1958), is a Russian politician who had served as the 2nd Governor (Head) of Pskov Oblast from 1992 to 1996. He is currently serving as the Chairman of the Arbitration Court of Kaluga Oblast, and the Chairman of the Pskov branch of the Imperial Orthodox Palestine Society. Biography Vladislav Tumanov was born on 29 January 1958. In 1983, he graduated from the Faculty of Legal Service in the National Economy of the Sverdlovsk Law Institute with a degree in jurisprudence. Between 1983 and 1990, he was the Legal Advisor, Head of the Legal Bureau, Head of the Legal Department of the Pskov Plant of Mechanical Drives, Deputy Director of the North-West Center of the All-Union Law Firm "Kontrakt" of the Union of Lawyers of the Soviet Union. Ural Federal District (russian: Ура́льский федера́льный о́круг, ''Uralsky federalny okrug'') is one of the eight federal districts of Russia. Its population was 12,080,523 (79.9% urban) according to the 2010 Census. The district was established on 13 May 2000 by a decree of the President of Russia. The Imperial Orthodox Palestine Society (russian: Императорское православное палестинское общество, ИППО), is a scholarly organization for the study of the Middle East, founded on 8 May 1882 by , after the approval of Alexander III. The Society's activities expanded considerably so that it held over 30,000 meetings during 1902. It was reformed and reapproved in 1919, 1922, 1925, 1930, 1952, 1986, 1989, 1992, 2002 and 2003.
