Vladimir Movsisyan
Vladimir Migranovich Movsisyan ( hy, Վլադիմիր Մովսիսյան ''Vladimir Movsishan'', 12 November 1933 in Shenavan, Spitak region, Armenia – 5 November 2014 in Yerevan, Armenia) was an Armenian politician. He studied at Highest school of CPSU Central Committee. He ruled the agro-industry in Soviet Armenia. In 1990 he was the First Secretary of the Communist Party of Armenia the last one who officially ruled Soviet Armenia (Movsisyan was succeeded by the Chairman of the Supreme Soviet of the Republic of Armenia Levon Ter-Petrosyan). The Communist Party of Armenia ( hy, Հայաստանի կոմունիստական կուսակցություն, russian: Коммунистическая партия Армении) was a branch of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union within the Armenian SSR, and as such, the sole ruling party in the Armenian SSR. Gegharkunik Province
Gegharkunik ( hy, Գեղարքունիք, ) is a province ('' marz'') of Armenia. Its capital and largest city is Gavar. Gegharkunik Province is located at the eastern part of Armenia, bordering Azerbaijan. It includes the exclave of Artsvashen, which has been under Azerbaijani occupation since the First Nagorno-Karabakh War. With an area of , Gegharkunik is the largest province in Armenia. Ijevan
Ijevan ( hy, Իջևան) is a town and urban municipal community in Armenia serving as the administrative centre of the Tavush Province. It is located at the center of the region, at the foot of Ijevan ridge of Gugark Mountains, on the shores of Aghstev River. Ijevan is the seat of the Diocese of Tavush of the Armenian Apostolic Church. Ijevan is located at a road distance of 137 km northeast of Yerevan. The Yerevan-Tbilisi highway passes through Ijevan. As of the 2011 census, the population of the town was 21,081, making it the most populated town in the province.
