''Vivir Así'' (English ''Living Like This'') is the 19th studio album by Mexican pop singer Mijares. It was produced by Scott Erickson. The title song ”Vivir Así”, written by Camilo Sesto, was released as single. Mijares had signed with Warner Music México. Album content All 13 tracks are cover versions in Spanish of popular songs. Manuel Mijares
Manuel Mijares () (born José Manuel Mijares Morán, 7 February 1958 in Mexico City) is an adult-contemporary pop singer who is billed simply as "Mijares". He began his career at age 23 and achieved high popularity from the mid-80s to mid 90s in Latin America and Japan mainly. From 1997 to 2011 he was married to Mexican singer/actress Lucero, with whom he has two children. Biography He was born in Hospital Español in Mexico City. Yuri (Mexican Singer)
Yuridia Valenzuela Canseco, commonly known as Yuri, (born, 6 January 1964) is a Mexican singer, actress and television host. Yuri began her career as a teenage singer in her native country. In 1978 she released her first album titled '' Tú Iluminas mi Vida''. She gained recognition as a result of her participation in the Oti Festival in 1980. In the 1980s and early 1990s, Yuri established herself as one of the most popular pop music singers in Mexico and Latin America. Her vocal quality and versatility allow her to be incorporated into other musical genres, ranging from pop to dance, ranchera and tropical music genres. "You Are So Beautiful" is a song written by Billy Preston and Bruce Fisher that was first released in 1974 on Preston's ninth studio album, ''The Kids & Me''. It was also the B-side of his single "Struttin'". Later that same year, English singer Joe Cocker released a slower version of the song on his album ''I Can Stand a Little Rain''. Cocker's version was produced by Jim Price, and released as a single in November 1974.
