Vipul Mehta
Vipul Mehta (born 1990) is an Indian playback singer, originating from Amritsar, Punjab, India. He won the title of Indian Idol (Hindi TV series), ''Indian Idol'' in season 6 of the show i.e. on 1 September 2012. Vipul Mehta learned classical singing since he was 8 years old and is studying Mass Communications for a bachelor's degree. In 2008, he became a finalist in Amul STAR Voice of India in the programme's second season, but could not make it to the Final three. In 2012, he applied to Indian Idol (Hindi TV series), ''Indian Idol 6'' and won the sixth season with co-finalist Devendra Pal Singh, 17 becoming runner-up and Amit Kumar third. His debut single was "Rowaan Mein" written and composed by Asad Chohan and produced by Ali Mustafa. Following his win, he also released his debut album ''Hello Namaste Sat Sri Akal''. Amritsar
Amritsar (), historically also known as Rāmdāspur and colloquially as ''Ambarsar'', is the second largest city in the Indian state of Punjab, after Ludhiana. ''Indian Idol'' is an Indian singing reality show of Sony TV. It is an Indian version of the British show '' Pop Idol'' and is part of ''Indian Idol'' series. It has aired on Sony Entertainment Television since 2004. The show has spawned spin-off like ''Indian Idol Junior,'' which replaced the show for the seventh and eight seasons. Star Voice of India is an Indian television singing competition that premiered on 18 May 2007 and ended on 24 November 2007 on StarPlus. The show was directed by Gajendra Singh, creator of the Sa Re Ga Ma Pa series, and produced by Urban Brew Studios. It also featured judges that were on the Sa Re Ga Ma Pa series, Aadesh Shrivastava, Abhijeet Bhattacharya, Alka Yagnik, Lalit Pandit and Jatin Pandit. Shaan, who had previously been hosting Sa Re Ga Ma Pa. The winner of the show was Ishmeet Singh Sodhi. ''Khandaani Shafakhana'' () is a 2019 Indian Hindi-language comedy-drama film directed by debutante Shilpi Dasgupta, and starring Sonakshi Sinha and Badshah.
