Villa De Bank
Villa De Bank is an art space in the Dutch city Enschede. It has been located in the former villa Blijdenstein since its foundation in 1998. The art space was created through a fusion of the foundations Stichting de Villa and Stichting de Bank, both founded in the 1980-1989, 1980s. Location The artist-run initiative is situated in a stately villa, in a small park east of the city centre. Surrounding the villa is the Blijdensteinpark with several statues, including a colonial monument by :nl:Hans Petri, Hans Petri. The two sections of the Blijdensteinpark previously formed an estate of five and a half hectares around the country house. Exhibitions The exhibition policy mostly aims to show solo presentations of young artists, including graduates of the ArtEZ University of Arts, AKI academy of fine arts. Bequest
A bequest is property given by will. Historically, the term ''bequest'' was used for personal property given by will and ''deviser'' for real property. Today, the two words are used interchangeably. The word ''bequeath'' is a verb form for the act of making a bequest. Etymology Bequest comes from Old English ''becwethan'', "to declare or express in words" — cf. "quoth". Interpretations Part of the process of probate involves interpreting the instructions in a will. Some wordings that define the scope of a bequest have specific interpretations. "All the estate I own" would involve all of the decedent's possessions at the moment of death. Louis Bonaparte
Louis Napoléon Bonaparte (born Luigi Buonaparte; 2 September 1778 – 25 July 1846) was a younger brother of Napoleon I, Emperor of the French. He was a monarch in his own right from 1806 to 1810, ruling over the Kingdom of Holland (a French client state roughly corresponding to the current Netherlands). In that capacity he was known as Louis I (Dutch: Lodewijk I ). Louis was the fifth surviving child and fourth surviving son of Carlo Buonaparte and Letizia Ramolino, out of eight children who lived past infancy. Blackstock Road is a major road in North London, England, running from Seven Sisters Road south westerly to Highbury. Facilities Blackstock Road hosts a diverse array of independent shops, cafes and restaurants.
