Samashki (russian: Самашки; ce, СемаӀашка, '' Semajaşka'') is a rural locality (a '' selo'') in Achkhoy-Martanovsky District, Chechnya. Samashki is the administrative center and only settlement of the Samashkinskoye rural settlement. Its population was estimated at 12,769 in 2021. Geography Samashki is located on the left bank of the Sunzha River. It is north of the town of Achkhoy-Martan and west of the city of Grozny. The Order of Courage (russian: Орден Мужества, ''Orden Muzhestva'') is a state decoration of the Russian Federation first established on March 2, 1994 by Presidential Decree 442 to recognise selfless acts of courage and valour.
