Vijayam Manade
''Vijayam Manade'' () is a 1970 Indian Telugu-language film, produced by N. Sambasiva Rao under the Rajendra Arts Productions banner and directed by B. Vittalacharya. It stars N. T. Rama Rao and B. Saroja Devi, with music composed by Ghantasala. Plot The film begins in a prosperous village Ratnapura, which is the border of two kingdoms Vijethapuram & Visalapuram. Ratnapura is officially given to Vijethapuram three generations ago by Visalapuram with a written charter. But at the present generation, Visalapuram's King Narendra Varma (Mukkamala) tries to grab the village because the entire grain required for the country is supplied by this village. During the time of harvest season, Visalapuram soldiers try to loot the grain when a young dynamic guy Pratap (N. T. Rama Rao) revolts against them and saves the village. Ghantasala (musician)
Ghantasala Venkateswararao (4 December 1922 – 11 February 1974), known mononymously by his surname as Ghantasala, was an Indian playback singer and film composer known for his works predominantly in Telugu and Kannada cinema and also in Tamil, Malayalam, Tulu and Hindi language films. He is considered as one of the greatest singers of Telugu cinema. In 1970, he received the Padma Shri award, India's fourth highest civilian award for his contribution to Indian cinema. Andhra Patrika
Andhra Patrika was the weekly newspaper of the nationalist movement in the Telugu speaking region founded by Kasinadhuni Nageswara Rao in 1908. It later transformed into a daily newspaper before it closed down in 1991. It helped to shape both modern Telugu language and an identity that resulted in the creation of the state of Andhra Pradesh. Kaikala Satyanarayana
Kaikala Satyanarayana (25 July 1935 – 23 December 2022) was an Indian actor, producer, director, and politician who predominantly worked in Telugu cinema. He appeared in over 750 films and served as the Member of Parliament in the 11th Lok Sabha representing Machilipatnam constituency from Telugu Desam Party. He was the recipient of the 2011 Raghupathi Venkaiah Award, and 2017 Filmfare Award for lifetime achievement in Telugu cinema. Mikkilineni Radhakrishna Murthy (7 July 1914 - 23 February 2011) was an Indian actor and thespian known for his works predominantly in Telugu cinema. He was the founder of the theater group ''Praja Natya Mandali''. He has received the honorary ''Kalaprapoorna'' from Andhra University, for his contributions towards Telugu theater and cinema. Mukkamala (actor)
Mukkamala Krishna Murthy (1920–1987), known mononymously by his surname as Mukkamala (Telugu: ముక్కామల), was a lawyer turned actor who was active in Telugu films in the 1950s and the 1960s. He was a stage actor in his student days and was popular in the role of French General Bussy in ''Bobbili Yuddham'', a stage play based on the historical Battle of Bobbili (Bobbili Yuddham). He joined the Telugu film industry in the late 1940s in Madras and played a variety of character roles in a career lasting for about 35 years. He died in 1987. Sreedhar (born Sreedhar Surapaneni) (Telugu: ) was an Indian actor from Andhra Pradesh, who has predominantly acted in Telugu films. He started acting in small roles in early 70s. Nagesh (born Cheyur Krishnarao Nageshwaran; (27 September 1933 – 31 January 2009) was an Indian actor, mostly remembered for his roles as a comedian in Tamil films during the 1960s. Nagesh was born in Dharapuram. He acted in over 1,000 films from 1958 to 2008, performing in a variety of roles as comedian, lead roles, supporting actor and antagonist. He has also acted in Telugu, Malayalam, Hindi and Kannada films. Nagesh's style of comedy was largely inspired by Hollywood actor Jerry Lewis.
