Vietnam Women's National Under-18 Volleyball Team
Vietnam women's national under-18 volleyball team ( vi, Đội tuyển bóng chuyền nữ U18 quốc gia Việt Nam, link=no) represents Vietnam in women's under-18 volleyball events. It is controlled and managed by the Volleyball Federation of Vietnam (VFF) that is a member of Asian volleyball body Asian Volleyball Confederation (AVC) and the international volleyball body government the Fédération Internationale de Volleyball (FIVB). Volleyball Federation Of Vietnam
The Volleyball Federation of Vietnam is the national governing body for volleyball in Vietnam. It was founded in 1961, and has been a member of FIVB since 1991. 2023 FIVB Volleyball Girls' U19 World Championship
The 2023 FIVB Volleyball Girls' U19 World Championship will be the 18th edition of the FIVB Volleyball Girls' U19 World Championship, the biennial international youth volleyball championship contested by the women's national teams under the age of 19 of the members associations of the ' (FIVB), the sport's global governing body. It will be held in Croatia and Hungary from 1 to 11 August 2023. This will be the first edition with under-19 national teams after FIVB decided, in March 2022, to move the age category of the girls' championship from U18 to U19 in order to align it with the Boys' U19 World Championship. Athletes should be born on or after 1 January 2005. 2019 FIVB Volleyball Girls' U18 World Championship
The 2019 FIVB Volleyball Girls' U18 World Championship is the sixteenth edition of the FIVB Volleyball Girls' U18 World Championship, contested by the women's national teams under the age of 18 of the members of the ' (FIVB), the sport's global governing body. The final tournament was held in Egypt from 5 to 14 September 2019. Egypt were chosen as the hosts for this event for the first time. The finals involve 20 teams, of which 19 came through qualifying competitions, while the host nation qualified automatically. Of the 20 teams, 13 had also appeared in the previous tournament in 2017, while Cameroon and DR Congo made their first appearances at a FIVB Volleyball Girls' U18 World Championship. 2017 FIVB Volleyball Girls' U18 World Championship
The 2017 FIVB Volleyball Girls' U18 World Championship was the fifteenth edition of the international volleyball tournament and the world championship for women's national teams under the age of 18, organized by the sport's world governing body, FIVB. The tournament was hosted by Argentina in the cities of Rosario and Santa Fe from 18 to 27 August 2017. 20 teams from the 5 confederations competed in the tournament. Italy won its second title in the competition, after also winning the previous edition, defeating Dominican Republic in the final. Russia defeated Turkey for the bronze medal.
