Victor Lamar Law Jr. (born December 19, 1995) is an American professional basketball player for the Ryukyu Golden Kings of the Japanese B.League. He played college basketball for the Northwestern Wildcats men's basketball, Northwestern Wildcats. High school career Law was born in Chicago, Illinois and attended St. Rita of Cascia High School. In his sophomore year at St. Rita he was selected in the Catholic League All-Conference team; in his junior year he averaged 14.5 points and 9.5 rebounds, and was selected in the All-State third team. As a high school senior Law was included in the top 100 players in the nation by ESPN (which ranked him 66th), Scout.com (70th), 247Sports.com (89th) and Rivals.com (86th). The Lakeland Magic are an American professional basketball team in the NBA G League based in Lakeland, Florida, and are affiliated with the Orlando Magic. The Magic began play in the 2017–18 season and play their home games at the RP Funding Center. The franchise was previously based out of Erie, Pennsylvania, and known as the Erie BayHawks. South Holland, IL
South Holland is a village and south suburb of Chicago in Cook County, Illinois, United States, within Thornton Township. The population was 21,465 at the 2020 census. History The area currently occupied by South Holland, Illinois, was first settled in 1846 by immigrants from South Holland, Netherlands. When the community formally incorporated as a village in 1894, its population was about 1,000. Originally a general farming community, it later specialized in vegetable growing, especially onion sets. By the 1940s South Holland was known as the "Onion Set Capital of the World". The Providence Friars men's basketball team represents Providence College in NCAA Division I competition. They were a founding member of the original Big East Conference from 1979 until 2013, and are now a member of the current Big East Conference. The Colorado Buffaloes men's basketball team represents the University of Colorado Boulder. The team competes in the Pac-12 Conference of NCAA Division I. They are currently coached by Tad Boyle. The Creighton Bluejays men's basketball team represents Creighton University of the NCAA Division I college basketball. They currently compete in the Big East Conference having joined the conference following the Big East conference realignment in 2013. The Bradley Braves men's basketball team represents Bradley University, located in Peoria, Illinois, in NCAA Division I basketball competition. A rivalry is the state of two people or groups engaging in a lasting competitive relationship. Rivalry is the "against each other" spirit between two competing sides.
