Veveyse
Veveyse District (german: Bezirk Vivisbach; french: District de la Veveyse ; frp, District de la Vevêse ) is one of seven districts in the canton of Fribourg in Switzerland. It has a population of (as of ). It takes its name from the river Veveyse which flows through the district. The population was made up of 6,393 Swiss men (41.1% of the population) and 1,358 (8.7%) non-Swiss men. There were 6,586 Swiss women (42.4%) and 1,203 (7.7%) non-Swiss women.
