Vetle Winger Dragsnes (born 6 February 1994) is a Norwegian footballer who plays for Belgian club Charleroi. Club career On 31 August 2023, Dragsnes signed a three-year contract with Charleroi Charleroi ( , , ; wa, Tchålerwè ) is a city and a municipality of Wallonia, located in the province of Hainaut, Belgium. By 1 January 2008, the total population of Charleroi was 201,593.

Rælingen is a village and municipality in Akershus in Viken county, Norway. It is part of the traditional region of Romerike. The administrative centre of the municipality is the village of Fjerdingby. Rælingen was separated from the municipality of Fet on 1 July 1929. The 2023 Eliteserien will be the 79th season of top-tier football in Norway. The season is set to start on 10 April 2023 and end on 2 December 2023, not including play-off matches. Molde are the defending champions. Brann and Stabæk joined as the promoted clubs from the 2022 Norwegian First Division.
