Vestacare Stadium
Whitebank Stadium, currently also known as the Vestacare Stadium for sponsorship purposes, is a rugby league and association football stadium which forms part of Limeside in Oldham, England. It is the home stadium of Oldham R.L.F.C. and Avro F.C. In 2017, following a sponsorship from Vestacare, a service provider for people with learning disabilities, the stadium was renamed Vestacare Stadium. Structure Over 350 seats were acquired from Wilderspool Stadium in Warrington and were installed by volunteers. Timber used in the construction of the new Wembley Stadium was also reused in the stadium developments in 2010. On 13 September 2016, plans were announced for further improvements to the stadium site. It is envisaged that the planning application will seek consent for levelling and upgrading the main pitch into a new artificial grass surface. Limeside is a large housing estate in Oldham, Lancashire, England, 2 miles south of the town centre in the Hollinwood, Lancashire , Hollinwood ward, contiguous with Failsworth, Hollins, Oldham, Hollins and Garden Suburb, Oldham, Garden Suburb. The Manchester Football League is a football league in England, affiliated with Manchester FA, covering a 30-mile radius from Manchester Town Hall. Bower Fold
Bower Fold in Stalybridge, Greater Manchester, England, is the home ground of Stalybridge Celtic football club and, intermittently, Oldham rugby league club. History There has been a ground at Bower Fold since 1906. The current main stand was built in 1996, with the covered stand at the Town End (Joe Jackson Stand) dating from 1994. The main stand replaced a wooden one dating from 1909, which held 500 fans, before being converted to tip-up seating with a reduced capacity of around 400 persons. The Lord Pendry Stand (named after the local politician Tom Pendry) opened in 2004, replacing a covered terrace dating from the 1950s. The York Knights are the men's professional rugby league team of York RLFC (known as the York City Knights from 2002 to 2022) based in York, England. The Knights played their home games at Huntington Stadium before moving to Bootham Crescent. Sedgley is a town in the north of the Metropolitan Borough of Dudley, in the West Midlands, England. Whitefield is a town in the Metropolitan Borough of Bury, Greater Manchester, England. Boundary Park
Boundary Park is a football stadium in Oldham, Greater Manchester, England. Its name originates from the fact that it lies at the northwestern extremity of Oldham, with Royton and Chadderton lying immediately north and west respectively. Boundary Park was originally known as the Athletic Ground when it was opened in 1896 for Oldham's first professional football club, Oldham County F.C.. When County folded in 1899, Pine Villa F.C. took over the ground and changed their name to Oldham Athletic. Oldham Athletic A.F.C. have played their home games here since the stadium was opened.
