''Vennela'' ( en, Moonlight) is a 2005 Telugu romantic comedy film written and directed by Deva Katta, starring Raja and Parvati Melton as well as Sharwanand and Ravi Varma. ''Vennela'' was well received among the young, urban audiences and south Indian students in USA mostly from Andhra Pradesh, and Telangana, India. 90% of the film was shot in Michigan, United States. ''Vennela '' ( te, వెన్నెల ) is a 2012 Telugu film directed by Vennela Kishore and produced by Vasu & Varma on GR8 Films banner. It is a sequel to the critically acclaimed 2005 Telugu film ''Vennela'' by Deva Katta. It stars Chaitanya Krishna, Monal Gajjar, Bramhanandam & Vennela Kishore in the lead. Sunil Kashyap provided the music while Suresh Bhargav handled the cinematography. It was released on 21 September 2012. Plot The story is set in Bangkok. Bokkala Kishore Kumar (born 19 September 1977), known professionally as Vennela Kishore, is an Indian actor and director who works in Telugu-language films.
