Veerappu
''Veerappu'' is a 2007 Indian Tamil-language action drama film directed by Badri in his directorial debut. It is a remake of the 1995 Malayalam film ''Spadikam'' by Bhadran. It also draws some of the plot from the Malayalam film ''Narasimham (film)''. Badri (director)
Badri is an Indian film director and screenwriter who primarily works in Tamil film industry. He started his career with television series ''Malargal'' and made his debut in films with ''Veerappu'' in 2007. Career Badri started his career by directing a Television series such as ''Aadugiran Kannan'' and ''Malargal'' for Sun TV. He then shifted to cinema by working as an assistant to Sundar C. and also made his directorial debut by directing him in ''Veerappu'', remake of Malayalam film ''Spadikam''. Vinayagar Sundar Vel (born 21 January 1966), known professionally as Sundar C., is an Indian film director, actor and producer. He has directed over 34 films in Tamil and acted in 17 movies as the protagonist. ''Spadikam'' () is a 1995 Indian Malayalam-language action drama film written and directed by Bhadran and produced by R. Mohan through Shogun Films. Dialogues were written by Rajendra Babu.
